Key Responsibilities:

Leading a team of technicians in carpet cleaning operations.
Assessing carpet conditions and selecting appropriate cleaning methods.
Managing the execution of cleaning tasks efficiently and to the highest standards
Providing quality carpet, air duct, and other related cleaning services
Handling restoration work on water damage, smoke, fire, and other miscellaneous damage
Inspecting trucks, checking inventory, and ensuring equipment is ready for each job
Training and supervising emergency services technicians and assistant technicians
Coordinating and supervising work in the preparation and cleaning of carpets
Ensuring customer satisfaction and maintaining high service quality

Requirements:

Experience in carpet cleaning and restoration services
Ability to lead and be responsible for the performance of team members
Knowledge of cleaning techniques, equipment, and safety protocols
Strong communication skills to interact with clients and team members.
Certification in cleaning and restoration is preferred
High levels of integrity and intellectually honest

Skills/Physical Demands/Competencies

Ability to lift a minimum of 50 pounds regularly, occasionally up to 100 pounds with assistance
Ability to climb ladders, work at ceiling heights, work in tight spaces (e.g., crawl spaces, attics)
Ability to repetitively push/pull/lift/carry objects
Ability to work with/around cleaning agents
Ability to successfully complete a background check subject to applicable law

Compensation: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
