Position Summary/Purpose

Primary Responsibilities:
  • Managing and overseeing all aspects of carpet cleaning and restoration projects
  • Meet and exceed established targets for responding to, and completing estimates on incoming leads
  • Performing initial site inspections and damage assessments
  • Scheduling and dispatching crews and equipment to various job sites
  • Developing project plans, including timelines and resource allocation
  • Coordinating with technicians, estimators, subcontractors, and office staff
  • Ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards
  • Communicating effectively with clients, insurance adjusters, and team members throughout the project
  • Conducting quality control inspections and ensuring customer satisfaction
  • Managing project documentation, including work orders, invoices, and timecards
  • Create invoices, bill and collect payments from customers
  • Order materials required for projects and coordinate delivery to the job site
  • Maintain market leadership through continuous implementation of state-of-the art technology as it pertains to the delivery of our services
  • Tracking equipment used on cleaning and restoration projects and making sure that its all accounted for
  • Perform general maintenance on company equipment and vehicles  

Requirements:
  • Valid driver’s license
  • Proven experience in project management within the cleaning and restoration industry
  • Strong leadership skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Knowledge of restoration techniques and carpet cleaning procedures
  • Familiarity with industry software, such as Xactimate, for job estimating
  • Certifications such as IICRC are highly beneficial
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Understanding of job profitability, profit and loss, balance sheet etc.
  • High levels of integrity and intellectually honest
Skills/Physical Demands/Competencies
  
  • Ability to lift a minimum of 50 pounds regularly, occasionally up to 100 pounds with assistance
  • Ability to climb ladders, work at ceiling heights, work in tight spaces (e.g., crawl spaces, attics)
  • Ability to repetitively push/pull/lift/carry objects
  • Ability to work with/around cleaning agents
  • Ability to successfully complete a background check subject to applicable law
Compensation: $55,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
